On 28 Feb 2008, Google started updating PageRanks. You can check yours with Google Toolbar if it is already updated, or use http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/future-pagerank/ to see update in progress.
SEO Bugz is still PR4.
Today, January 13 2008, Google has updated the PageRank in the Google Toolbar, at least today I saw the update.
SEO Bugz Tool got a PageRank 4 in 2 months since it was online, pretty good I think.
I also checked on various Google Data Centers for the update, but some of them were down, so use the Google Toolbar for reference.
